We'll kick off with an exclusive session with industry leaders where students, young professionals aged 40 years and under and professionals who have been in the events industry for less than 5 years will gain insider insights and career advice, followed by a chance to ask burning questions and network over lunch.

NextGen Session

NextGen: Part 1 offers a short introduction into our business events “world”, our development & potentials, and future career opportunities.

It is an exclusive opportunity to listen, learn and engage with established professionals, who will share their real & practical perspective and experience. Our industry’s future is built on the passion and innovation of the next generations.

NextGen: Part 2 is an interactive, large-scale session to explore innovative, AI-driven solutions for future challenges. Through collaboration, ideation, and real-time problem-solving, attendees will engage in building forward-thinking strategies using the power of AI tech. Lunch will be provided to delegates in this session.

Understand how AI can be used to drive future-oriented solutions across various industries.
Develop collaborative problem-solving skills in a high-participation environment.

AI Builders Demo Session: Test and Feedback

We continue the momentum by opening the NextGen AI Builders Lab to all ICCA Congress attendees,

for a demo session where concepts will be showcased to industry professionals for live feedback and discussion.

This hands-on lab invites participants to collaborate, experiment, and co-create AI-powered prototypes and solutions.

It’s a dynamic space designed for ideation, rapid testing, and peer-to-peer learning — regardless of technical background.

Learning Outcomes:

Learn from cross-functional peers through open dialogue, iteration, and feedback.
Gain practical experience in building with AI, from concept to minimal viable solution.
Connect with peers from all backgrounds and ages.

This is not just about imagining the future — it’s about building it in real time.
