ICCA Congress 2026 | Panama City, Panama | 8-11 November 2026

What if networking wasn’t a break between sessions, but the most valuable part of the Congress?

ICCA is inviting proposals for Intentional Networking Sessions at the ICCA Congress 2026 in Panama City, where conversations are designed to go deeper, move faster, and create real connection around the challenges shaping our industry.

We’re looking for formats that are interactive, hands-on, and built for exchange, not passive listening. Think roundtables, labs, peer-to-peer exchanges, cross-industry meetups, and anything that turns ideas into dialogue and dialogue into action.

Your session should connect to Collaboration, Competitiveness or Creativity, and contribute to the CrossWorlds spirit of breaking silos and building new perspectives across regions, sectors and generations.
