best marketing award

The ICCA Best Marketing Award has gained a global reputation for recognising the best and the brightest in our industry for their marketing achievements. It's a call for teams to put their passion and courage on display, and to channel their creativity into a campaign that showcases the incredible energy that powers our industry.

We are now accepting submissions for The ICCA Best Marketing Award, sponsored by Northstar Meetings Group. This year's theme: "Marketing that Moves You: Inspiring Influence, Creating Impact."

Marketing that Moves You: Inspiring Influence, Creating Impact

Marketing isn't just about selling anymore. It's about creating a story, worlds, and aspirations – relating to people in new ways, opening eyes, and changing hearts. Marketing is about taking the everyday and making it magical. When a good idea comes along, it can’t grow into all it could be without marketers who have a dream. A belief, a mission, a calling: it’s all about the process. This year, we want to hear about the creative process from the lightbulb moment to the finished, polished product. Where does your inspiration start? How does it grow? And what goes into making the magic happen?

Share your story with wit and wisdom. How does inspiration move from influence to impact? It's all about the journey, and we want to come along for the ride.

2025 Best marketing award wINNER:

VISIT FAROE ISLANDS

After a live presentation session and final voting by ICCA Congress delegates, Visit Faroe Islands emerged as the winner for its campaign "Closed for Maintenance — Open for Voluntourism."

The winning campaign highlighted the Faroe Islands' efforts to invite volunteers who are passionate about preserving nature and wildlife to help with maintenance projects around the islands. This angle focusses on tourists as part of the solution, rather than part of the problem, encouraging visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Faroe Islands and contribute to preserving this unique location.
