Building on the success of previous editions and inspired by overwhelmingly positive feedback, ICCA is proud to present the third edition of this dynamic and innovative session, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of ICCA Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Organised in collaboration with Bco Congresos, this session serves as a premier hub for innovation and knowledge-sharing among ICCA BI users and researchers.
Participants will have an exclusive opportunity to present their case studies, demonstrating their skills, expertise, and best practices in leveraging ICCA BI to maximise its value. More than just a platform, this session shines a spotlight on members’ achievements, highlighting how ICCA BI can transform data management, drive strategic decision-making, and set new industry benchmarks.
The programme will also feature the latest updates from ICCA’s research team, offering insights into the newest developments within ICCA BI. In the spirit of continuous improvement, members will be invited to engage in an open exchange of ideas and provide feedback that will help shape the future evolution of ICCA BI tools.
